This class will introduce you to the basics and intermediate levels of self defense tactics that are most effective and relevant to real life situations. This will not be an elaborate fancy moves or kicks kind of class but rather simple techniques that are easy to learn yet extremely effective when practiced accordingly. Most of the techniques to be shown are the same or similar to those taught to Police & Military organizations.- Class open to all men & women 18 and up - no prior martial arts experience needed.

What to Bring:
Although this class does not elaborate on strenuous exercises, be sure to bring a comfortable outfit, sweatpants or workout gear will be fine. Keep in mind that some exercises require you to sit or lay on the ground, so expect to get dirty and leave your jewelry at home - necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings etc.
